I am SO glad you are here so I can tell you a little about myself. I am married and have two sweet daughters. I LOVE to make people laugh and I am always up for a good time. When I have the odd cocktail it probably has gin in it. I love my friends and family deeply and I always have their back. Similar to your wedding, I will always have your back. I am adventurous, so take me with you on that mountain top to say "I do." All animals capture my heart, I'm a hopeless romantic so bring on all the cheesiness! Yes, I cry at every wedding, not a big surprised to people who know me. I cry over a good book, a heartfelt Christmas commercial, and when my kids snuggle in my arms and tell me they love me.

Well hello there! I'm Darcie, founder & creative director of Engaged By Darcie. For the past 10 years I have been planning, designing and creating unforgettable events that suit our clients. I am a Certified Wedding Coordinator through the Wedding Planner's Institute of Canada and an Accredited Event Designer through IWED Global. We specialize in weddings, galas, corporate events and fundraisers. We have been known to design large scale sets for public spaces and grand openings. Weddings are our true passion whether large scale or intimate.
