Let us handle all aspects of your wedding celebration from beginning to end so that your day is cohesive, personal and unique. This package is designed for couples who find the wedding planning process time consuming and are overwhelmed with decision making.
We take care of the hours of research, details, design and logistics using our years of experience in the industry. Let your planning experience be easy, fun and stress free! 

Wedding Day Management

Wedding Day Management is ideal for those couples who wish to do the extensive planning themselves, but require a coordinator to manage the day. We meet 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day to tie up all the loose ends. We will provide you with the reassurance that your planning is complete. 
Additional design feature can be added, where we design your wedding reception and ceremony décor, manage your rentals, deliveries, set up & take down.

DÉCOR & DESIGN

Need help bringing your Pinterest board to life? We will create a design tailored to you and your venue. Our team is ready to set up and take down your ceremony and reception space and manage all rentals & deliveries. We will even take care of your personal décor such AS favors, guestbook seating chart and signage. Best part is, we will deliver all your personal décor to you, the next day, so you don’t have to worry about it!

ELOPEMENT PLANNING

Whether you are packing up and heading out to the country or want to experience our beautiful Rocky Mountains, we are here for you every step of the way. It can be just the two of you or perhaps 20 of your nearest and dearest. We will provide you with vendor recommendations, budget analysis, location and decor ideas. And be with you the entire day to ensure every detail is perfect and complete!

Corporate & Events

From large scale displays designs to corporate grand openings, to galas and fundraisers, we got you covered! We allow you to focus on the vision instead of all the logistics. We can provide you the answers to create the foundation of the event, determine the theme and manage the order of the events on the day.
